Where Your Children are Our Focus
A complete enrollment form is required on the first day of care. Any change of information must be reported to the office immediately. sign-in/sign-out sheets are located at the reception desk for documenting arrival and departure times. Only the enrolling parent or a person authorized by that parent personally will be allowed to remove your child from the premises. The state of Nebraska regulates our number of enrollees. Any enrolled child not in attendance for a thirty-day period will be dropped from our enrollment list.

TUITION
Tuition is prepaid and due on the first day of each week’s care. Each full-time family will be given five (5) days per year total to be used for vacation, absence, or illness. This five day total includes families with multiple children. There is a 90-day enrollment period before the allowed days may be used. Allowed days are to be used between January and January and unused days may not be rolled over into the next year. Your child must be absent from the center in order to use any of the allowed days. Full tuition will be due for any absence that exceeds the allowed days. Late payments will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
There is a $50.00 registration fee per family for enrolling your child(ren) in Children’s Discovery Center.
Families with two or more full-time children will be eligible for a ten percent discount to be applied to the oldest child(ren)’s fee for care.
Drop-in basis families will need to pay for that day/week on the first day of care. There will be a $25.00 service charge for returned checks. If a second check is returned, we may ask that you pay on a cash only basis.
Children’s Discovery Center will be closed for the following holidays. If the holiday falls on the weekend we will be closed either the Friday before or the Monday after. To be determined on a year-to-year basis.
The Center will close at 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve day (Dec 24th) as well as New Year’s Eve day (Dec 31st).
